Bird’s Nest Soup – An old traditional Chinese delicacy using edible (a few species of Swifts) bird’s nest which can be found in most Chinese medical halls that would sell both the bird’s nest or bird’s nest soup. The Bird’s Nest Soup is said to have many health and medical benefits, thus leading to its exquisite price. As quoted by Wikipedia – “In Hong Kong, a bowl of Bird Nest Soup would cost $30 USD to $100 USD .”
