Curry is not an unusual dish for Japanese, and there are so many types of Japanese curry. One of them is Dry Curry. This curry has less liquid than normal curry and very thick. Quite nice when you top it off with sunny side up egg.

I’m looking for themes on my blog I am just starting. Do you think this type of theme would work for my photography blog?

I found a recipe for Japanese dry curry from this site:
http://secdimtem.exblog.jp/744297/
I tried it and it was very good. I would like to give credit
here to the lady who graciously shared her recipe.
Kind regards,
Alex
