Curry is not an unusual dish for Japanese, and there are so many types of Japanese curry. One of them is Dry Curry. This curry has less liquid than normal curry and very thick. Quite nice when you top it off with sunny side up egg.

I’m looking for themes on my blog I am just starting. Do you think this type of theme would work for my photography blog?

Thanks for that, and for anyone that is having difficulty chopping onions without the crying, here’s an incredibly simple tip – put them in the fridge first, then chop them straight away after taking them out! No more tears! I found some more onion soup recipes here if anyone wants to try some more variations.
