Ice cream has been one of the most loved frozen desserts and how would anyone not love to have it with mango? Learn to make this mango ice cream in these simple steps.
Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Fresh mango
- 1 cup of Sugar
- 2 cups of Cream
- 2 cups of Milk
- 1 teaspoon of Almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
Directions
1. Cut the mango fruit into bite sized pieces.
2. Mix the mango with 1/2 cup of the sugar.
3. Cover with a lid and store in the fridge overnight.
4. Drain the mango but save the syrup to be used later.
5. Blend the mango pieces with a food processor.
6. Add to the reserved sugar syrup.
7. Combine the cream and milk in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until bubbles appear.
8. Stir for another 1 minute before removing to be cooled.
9. Mix the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, the almond extract and the salt.
10. Pour the cooled milk/cream mixture into the bowl with the sugar and other ingredients and stir.
11. Use a beater to beat until the liquid is frothy.
12. Cover with a lid and place in the freezer.
13. After it has partially frozen, take it back out and mix again with the mixer.
14. Return to the freezer.
15. Scope them out when serving.

Really proficient post. Theoretically I could write something like this too, but taking the time and effort to make a good article is a lot of effort…but what can I say….I’m a procrastinater. Good read though.
