Mayopon chicken is a Japanese dish that are almost similar with our Chicken nuggets here in the states. It uses ponzu-mayo sauce. In case you are wondering what ponzu is, here is a snip from wikipedia – “a citrus-based sauce commonly used in Japanese cuisine. It is very tart in flavor, with a thin, watery consistency and a light yellow color.”. I do prefer Chicken Karaage over this.
